MacCurveFit  is Copyright ©1991-1996, Kevin Raner.  MacCurveFit may be distributed to colleagues, other Macintosh users and to Electronic Bulletin Boards provided that this file and the documentation accompany the program and no fee is charged.  The program must not be distributed by profit-making organisations without my written permission.

This program is distributed as shareware, if you find it useful then please send me the shareware fee set out below.  By complying with this request I’ll be encouraged to add more features and generally improve the program.  I welcome suggestions about how I might improve the program and I wish to thank all those who have already provided me with many excellent suggestions.  If you cannot justify paying the shareware fee because the program lacks a certain feature then please let me know and I may be able to add this feature in the future.  I also want to point out that all future upgrades will be *free* to those who have paid the shareware fee for version 1.3.

  20. FPU VERSION
  21. There is an FPU version available from the author which has greatly improved performance on Macs with a 68881/68882/68040 CPU.  Please note the FPU version
  22. will not run on a PowerMac.

  24. POWERPC VERSION
  25. A PowerPC version is also available from the author which offers superior
  26. performance on PowerMacs.

  28. IMPORTANT
  29. When sending payment for MacCurveFit be sure to let me know your name and address.  For your convenience the program will now print an order form (look under the Apple menu). The unregistered version available on bulletin boards and FTP sites has a limited trial period and will expire.  I will send you the registration key after your payment has been received, this will prevent program expiry.

Whilst the utmost care has been taken to eliminate bugs from this software I cannot guarantee that it contains no bugs.  Consequently I accept no responsibility for any loss of data or for any other difficulties that may arise through the use of this software.  If you do encounter a bug please inform me so that I can fix it and keep the program as bug free as possible.
